Do I need an appointment for service?
No appointment is necessary. Simply bring your bike into the shop during business hours and we'll evaluate it with you. Whether you need a simple adjustment or a complete tune-up, we're happy to help.

What types of bikes do you service?
We service virtually all types and brands of traditional bicycles, including road bikes, mountain bikes, hybrid bikes, comfort bikes, cruisers, kids' bikes, and more.

Can you fix a flat tire?
Absolutely. Flat repairs are one of the most common services we perform. Bring your bike in and we'll get you back on the road as quickly as possible.
SERVICE
Can you adjust my brakes or gears?
Yes! Brake adjustments, derailleur adjustments, shifting issues, chain repairs, and many other minor repairs can be performed individually or as part of one of our complete service packages.
SERVICE
Do I have to purchase a full tune-up?
Not at all. We offer both complete service packages and individual repairs. If all you need is a flat repair, brake adjustment, gear adjustment, or another specific service, we're happy to take care of just that.
SERVICE
Do you work on electric bikes?
We only service electric bikes that were originally purchased through our shop. This includes both bicycle-related repairs and adjustments. We do not perform service on electric bikes purchased elsewhere. Check out: Jersey E-Bikes (Linden), Eco Hype (Union), Urban Cyclery (Maplewood) or Extremez (Woodbridge).
SERVICE
How often should I have my bike serviced?
Most riders benefit from a professional tune-up at least once per year. If you ride frequently, commute, ride off-road, or put significant mileage on your bike, more frequent service may be recommended.
SERVICE
How long will service take?
Turnaround time varies depending on the season and the type of repair needed. When you bring your bike in, we'll provide an estimated completion date and keep you informed throughout the process.
SERVICE
Do you service bikes purchased online or from another shop?
Yes. We service most traditional bicycles regardless of where they were purchased. The exception is electric bikes, which we only service if they were purchased through our shop.

Is assembly included if I purchase a bike from you?
